Book Week<\/strong> is upon us again, and I’m gearing up for three school visits this week: Ken Stimpson Community School <\/strong>in Peterborough<\/strong>, Heartlands High School<\/strong> in my neighbouring London borough Haringey<\/strong> and a long-awaited return visit<\/strong><\/a> to The Ridgeway School<\/strong> in Swindon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the mean time, my esteemed Trapped By Monsters<\/a> <\/strong>cave colleague Ali Sparkes<\/strong><\/a> has just come up with something a bit tremendous – a new author initiative called Adopt A Bookshop<\/strong><\/a>. I’ve adopted mine. Here’s a quiet word from them:<\/p>\n
